Well, summer has definitely hit!!!
With the recent heat wave, the lake has started to warm up, our perennials are bursting open, and of course the real sign that summer is upon us........our new summer menu is in place!!
We are once again very pleased to feature regional Ontario products when ever possible. This year we have kept some of the best and introduced some new plates that feature the Ontario Northern Muskoka Resort experience!
Fresh Spring lamb kabobs, Ontario Duck Breast with a black cherry gastrique, a Lake Trout and asparagus open ravioli, are some of the new ones. But of course our signature frenched rack of free range elk and medallions of venison (with a wild berry reduction) are back by popular demand.
